Convenient location.
Good location for either Brisbane CBD and about a 15 minute walk to Southbank cultural precinct. Comfortable bed. Very quiet - we didn’t hear any other guests.
The bathroom was extremely small and didn’t like the shower over the bath tub.

We felt the breakfast arrangement was vague and honestly deceptive. We searched for a family breakfast stay and paid for that. On arrival they said we did book breakfast but it cost $29 per person It was dodgy
